The Challenge
Meridian's brand had drifted across two decades of acquisitions, leaving institutional clients with an inconsistent and dated experience across reporting, portals, and pitch materials. Internal teams were producing assets in isolation, and the firm's premium positioning wasn't being reflected in any touchpoint.
The Solution
We re-architected the identity from primitives — typography, color, grid, voice — and built a token-driven design system that powers both the marketing site and the institutional client portal. The new system unified 14 sub-brands and reduced asset production time by 60%.
